Made Events: UMF and Miami parties + Electric Zoo News, Pacha Miami

The New York based promotion agency Made Event will be hosting two MAJOR parties down in Miami during the week of the Ultra Music Festival, NOT the Winter Music Conference. Made Event is well known for throwing parties that stay truer to deep, tribal house and a more eclectic electro crowd, rather than the mainstream.

The first of their two parties will be on March 24th is the Anjunabeats party at Ice Palace where trance legends Above and Beyond will headline - more artists are TBA. Their second party is their 36-hour famous Sunday School for Degenerates party which is ALSO at Ice Palace on the 25th-26th. Noteable DJs that will perform are Richie Hawtin, Boysnoize, Victor Calderone and Luciano. Finally, I know it sounds hard to believe but Electric Zoo early bird tickets have already sold out! Currently, regular tickets GA tickets are not on sale yet nor have any artists been announced, so I suggest "liking" Made Event or following them on twitter for the most updated information.




Furthermore, Pacha has made it public knowledge that they will in fact be in Miami for the week of Ultra and not WMC as well. Rumors are circulating that they are also hosting the Size Matters pool party - I'm confused as to how there will even be a Size Matters party with the Masquerade Motel but I guess there are a lot more artists on Size and affiliated with Steve Angello rather than the entire SHM - in any event, nothing has been confirmed in terms of the party except for the fact that they will be there for the last week in March!

Again, in terms of UMF as a whole, they keep announcing Phase II of the line-up "is imminent", which also means ticket prices will go up!
